健康 is vital to a healthy and happy life.  Whether you are a new or graduate student; just starting out or in the middle of your career; or an employee: PG电子APP recognizes the importance of your wellbeing.  The following are used throughout programming and around campus to indicate these vital elements of your wellness and how they can impact your overall quality of life. We recognize eight dimensions of wellness: occupational, 情感, 精神上的, 环境, 金融, 物理, 社会, 和知识. Each dimension of wellness is interrelated with others and each is equally vital in the pursuit of optimum health. We believe that each person can reach an optimal level of wellness by understanding how to maintain and optimize each of the dimensions of wellness.

College is a demanding time, and you’re facing the challenges of school, 工作, 家庭责任, 还有社交生活.  If you do not have them already, it is time to establish health and wellness practices that will carry on well into your career after graduation.  You can use this guide to keep your mind and body health now, and throughout your life.
